Overview

The building committee has been meeting regularly and has been making number of important decisions regarding the church building project.

• We will use the design-build approach to work directly with a builder. This will allow us to build a building that is customized for our needs.
• Our current time frame allows us to complete our building by the end of 2005 if the financial needs are met.
• Our proposed design is subject to change due to cost and governmental considerations.

Building Layout

The church building will be built in the east-west direction with the main entrance of the building facing the west direction. There will be a north facing entrance to the church lobby as well. A secondary west entrance will allow entrance directly to the classroom section of the building. The primary entrance to the parking lot will be on Harlin Drive.

The playground, picnic area and the basketball court will be behind the main building. The goal is to achieve some privacy for the users and to provide some measure of safety for the children.

Once the minimum requirement for the parking is met. Maximum spaces should be provided in the rear of the building for recreational spaces.
